Nathan’s POV

Amelie and Morgan returned from downstairs with a stack of letters.

“What are those?” I asked.

“I’ll tell you about them later. Let’s have fun with our friends,” Amelie said, placing them on the side table.

I was definitely curious, but she was right; after spending so much time in the hospital, it was nice to be home with the people I loved.

As the night wore on, though, all I wanted to do was climb into bed with Amelie. It didn’t even have to involve sex.
