Nathan’s POV

I really didn’t even want to leave the bungalow. I would have loved to have just stayed intertwined with Amelie in bed. That is the only drawback of hosting the island.

We are now walking towards the main house. Amelie is breathtaking as usual. She’s wearing a white sundress with an off-the-shoulder ruffle. Her hair is pulled back in a French twist, and a gardenia flower is tucked behind her left ear.

“You look beautiful tonight, as usual,” I grinned.

“Thank you, schmoopie,” Amelie responded. “You always look handsome.”

“You’re just saying that because you’re head over heels in love with me,” I chuckled.

“Yes, I am,” Amelie said, smiling.

“Well, I love you more, most, and infinity,” I expressed.
