I knew one thing for sure. Madison was going to pay for what she did to Amelie. Mark my words. I knew it was futile to press charges; Madison’s family was quite well-off and had built their wealth from the family law practice. The time and the resources weren’t worth the effort. Plus, I didn’t want to put Amelie through that. I know the lawyers would try to manipulate the truth and put Amelie through the smear campaign of her life. I would, however, make Madison pay.
