It took me a minute to register what the man had said. I could barely lift my head, and my brain felt foggy. I felt like I had been drugged. OMG…I was drugged. HOW? I tried to clear my head, but the effects of the drugs were strong.

I felt a hand caress my knee.

“You are quite beautiful, sweetheart,” he said.

Sweetheart? My blood ran cold, Jonathan! I tried to lift myself off the bed, but my body betrayed me. What was he going to do to me? I gulped hard as his hand traveled up my leg from my knee to my thigh.
