Chapter 79. I Think I Need Help

Nathan’s POV

It was 2:00 am when we left Grandfather’s house. In the end, it was just my friend group that lasted that long. Most other guests left before midnight.

“So that went well,” I stated to Amelie in the back of the limo. “Everyone looked like they had fun.”

“Well, maybe not everyone,” Amelie uttered. “Alfred looked miserable, and Madison was shooting me daggers.”

“Amelie, you don’t have to worry about Madison. I won’t let her near you,” I declared.

“I know, Nathan,” Amelie smiled. “You always take such good care of me.”

“You are mine, Amelie. I will protect you always,” I replied.

We arrived back at the penthouse and headed straight up to the bedroom. I walked into my closet to start getting undressed.
