Chapter 14

As soon as I got inside the house I saw Nick’s uncle Jerry Bohlen coming out of the study with my stepfather. 

He was a regular visitor at the manor as he is stepfather’s childhood friend and even Nick’s mother was a good friend of my stepfather though I always had doubts about their relationship.

I had once seen them kissing passionately at Nick’s house in the study. I wanted to tell my mother, but she did not even listen to what I had to say.

 He saw me and walked towards me smilingly, I never liked that guy. I wanted to run but sadly I can't. 

 “Oh! My, my Rio you are getting more and more beautiful, come and give Uncle Jerry a big hug. I haven’t seen you for a long time.” He spoke smilingly.

 I did not have any option I put on my shopping bags and hugged him and retreated but he held me tightly. I did not like to be hugged by him something was not right with the way he touched me.
