Chapter 71

Nick walked up slowly pulling the beast out of his pocket, which he had been carrying along with him a lot lately.

He walked towards the lighted living room and looked around but no one was there but saw that the vase has fallen and the window was slightly opened. He went towards it angling the gun and looked outside but nothing was there and when he turned he saw two masked men pointing their guns at him. He was shocked to his senses.

 “Who are you and what do you want?” Nick said urgently, trying to figure out a way to get them as he was at their gunpoint. “First you keep your gun down on the table.” The tall guy commanded. Nick obliged and kept in on the table unaware that Rio had walked outside the door and listened to their conversation and was observing the two men. 

“Well, Mr. Java it's so good to see you here…” The man laughed aloud. 

“Though it is your property, we never bumped into each other here. But I guess it’s our lucky day.
