SCARLETT

I went back to my office, and sat. A permanent smile was plastered on my face. 

I opened the door to my office only to see Marsai standing in my office. From her stance, it seemed she had waited for quite a while. 

"Ahem." I cleared my throat. She turned immediately and nodded politely at me, waiting till I was fully settled in my seat. 

I turned to the other side of my desk, staring at the floor to ceiling mirror Lucas had gotten mounted there some time ago before he left.

 Sighing, I remembered the reason why he had done that.

 I was nearly caught one day. Apparently, the back of my dress had ridden up and I had forgotten to check it out after Lucas had given me one of his best back shots.
