Chapter 9
“I came dressed this way, so I’d have to go home and get changed,” Regina informed Giannis, avoiding his dark, probing orbs.
Ever since they shared that kiss, she had been feeling very weird on the inside, and her eyes kept going back to Giannis’s lips.
“Of course, you came in your car, right?” he queried, typing away on his phone.
“Yes, I did.”
“I just informed my driver to go on without me. I’ll get changed in the locker room. Just hold on here for me, okay?”
“Why don’t we just meet up tomorrow? I’ll see if my secretary can make that happen,” she suggested.
Regina needed time to stay away from Giannis. She was very confused at the moment. She hadn’t kissed anyone else for a long time. She had been dating Tom for two years and he was never able to evoke such weird emotions in her with just a single brief kiss.
