Chapter 27. My Decision
Nina’s POV
As I re-read the message for the second time, my confusion and curiosity grew to its peak. This person had requested to keep himself anonymous?
I furrowed my brows with confusion, what could be the reason, though?
“Umm… Nora…” I called my best friend who was busy with the sea food in front of her.
She slowly tilted her head to my direction with a frown on her face.
“What is it?” She asked with a groan. “You can see that I am in the middle of something, Nina!” She complained, a slight pout on her lips. “Can’t you just… let me eat my seafood boil in peace?”
I scoffed and rolled my eyes. “Oh stop that silly complaint, girl, I need you to come and see this,” I replied as I signaled my phone.
Groaning once again, she left the food she was about to devour and inched closer to me.
“I swear Nina, if this is not important I would… I would…” She tried saying in a threatening tone but she was short of words.
