Chapter 47. Maternal Love
Nina’s POV
I shifted my gaze at the materials on the table, and I felt a sense of purpose I knew well. There were rough chunks of some things I needed, and looking at them, they were dark and troubled like my emotions. There were also shiny strands of rose gold, warm with hints of hope in everything.
At this moment, I just wanted to touch, shape, and transform these raw materials in my presence into the theme of this competition, something simple, yet unique that was able to capture the attention and hearts of everyone that glanced at it once.
Just then, an idea started to form, quietly at first, then growing louder and louder inside me. This time, “true love” would not be about romantic dreams or fanciful ideas, just like the last time.
Just like I had used a human model for the last design of the competition, my design was going to be based on someone, too.
It was also going to convey the message of the courage to love, lose, and rise
