Sarah cleared her throat.

"Yes, of course I have. They live in England," she answered casually. She was talking about Leah Riley’s family.

"We come from ordinary families, but we all attach great importance to education. My father is a surgeon, and my mother is a nutritionist dedicated to world non-profit organizations. Money has never been a priority for us," she said, trying hard to make the story sense.

Laura nodded faintly,

"So you're in love with my son? Is that true?" she asked, eyeing Sarah closely. "Yes, I do," Sarah answered without thinking, telling the truth.

"But I don't think my son has the same feelings for you. Didn't you say he still keeps coming back to Katherine Miller?" Laura prompted, her hand stretched out to lift her glass of tea and sip it slowly.

"Well, I don't really know, but I think he feels the same way, only he's having a hard time letting
