Lyra’s POV

Lyra was a broken mess and she knew it.

Her face was filled with mud she created from mixing her tears and blood with the sand from the cave floor. Her face was filled with snot, and she was currently trembling as she laid beside the floor of the cave.

This was the first time in her life that she had ever regretted making a decision.

It had been a couple of hours since Lucien had left her alone in the cell, and even though the cell doors had not been replaced, she didn’t dare leave.

Lucien’s fiery demonic eyes and aura still clouded her vision.

After he had left, she had been blinded with anger, and had tried escaping. Even walking out of the hole in the cell, but whenever she heard a sound, she always ran back into the cell.
