Aria fidgeted, she shifted her weight from one foot to another, her head was down as she held her breath and tried to make herself as silent as she could possibly be.

The silence stretched across the room. Alpha Alder lounged on his bone throne, his eyes narrowed into slits as he stared at the enigma in front of him.
