I sat at the long table with my mother, Layla, Drago, his parents, gamma, and elders of the council as we discussed the next step.

Nobody knew about the king still being alive apart from me, and Drago.

I need to keep it a secret and have him tell me everything when he recovers because the doctor said that he will recover soon.

Whoever that attempted to kill him before will definitely not rest if the rumor spreads that he is still alive and that’s why I have my eyes on the game.

I know that Aria can’t possibly hurt the king not well the two bonded fucking well this past few days before the incident.

And there is no way she could clear the CCTV footprints and everything in it but have herself cautioned that’s silly.

My mother has refused to tell me who had instructed her to come up at that particular hour.

Everyone is a suspect to me and that is why my father’s health is not disclosed to any single soul except Drago.<
