Chapter 18. Who Is She?

Lucy lowered her head and smiled. Her heart swirled with so many emotions that she couldn’t pinpoint but she pushed them all down.

“Brother Cedric,” she said after a while. “Then, will you come again before the engagement?”

“I can’t promise that, My Love. Managing a big company isn’t easy… I don’t think I can really make it,” he said in a sad tone.
