She dropped her spoon for a while before she kept on eating. If she married Cedric for this short time and lost her freedom for the time being before she asked for the divorce, would their perspective of her change then?

And if she even wanted the divorce, would they support her and not think it was another part of her childish tantrums? Would they try to talk her out of it? However, things were not going to be the same again after she married. Her parents wouldn’t have control over her and she would do whatever she wanted.

Asking for the divorce might not pose any problem then. The only problem might be, Cedric not agreeing with it. And as much as she wanted to consider that thought minor and would love to shove it off her mind, it was harder done than said. She couldn’t ignore it even if she wanted to.
