She faced him with all the anger she could muster. “You don’t have to kill me. You can face him alone. What about your wife? Are you going to kill—”
“She’s dead!” Bennett yelled, staggering backwards and falling down. “And it’s his fault. I would’ve ended him that day by myself but she got in the way, trying to protect him. She got hit and he ran like a coward. Like a coward! She died in my arms.”

“He wouldn’t be dead if it weren’t for him. Now, he’ll suffer what I have to.”
