Chapter 159. Creativity or Cruelty?

The boy raised his right hand.

   “Then I think he'll be more useful if you spare his life for now. But I know he can't go unpunished, or it would set an example for the others.”

   “And what do you suggest?” Adam asked delightedly, already excited again. “I told him we're werewolves. He can't go free from here, ever again.”

  “Cut off his left hand. It won't be needed when you need to wield a weapon, and he can be your receiver without worry, because he's only a child. And besides, he can take responsibility for illegal d**g possession when his older receivers get caught.”

   Adam looked at the boy. This time he was terrified. He looked at his men and they were indifferent.

  “Do as she says.” Adam said loudly, to Bonnie or go, but in the minds of each of the werewolves, he kept his sentence and the boy was taken to the hill, where he dug his own grave and then was shot in the head, once he was inside it.
