"Off to feed the King Alpha more of your potions?" I asked with my right brows raised.

"What are you talking about, Pamela?" She asked.

I should say, she was just a great actress. I let out a scoff and rolled my eyes.

"How long are you going to put up with that act? Aren't you getting tired of pretending?" I asked, crossing my arms across my chest.

"Seriously, Pamela. I don't know what you are talking about," she replied.

"You don't?" I asked.

She shook her head and gave me a questioning look in her eyes.

"Do you seriously want me to believe that? If you think you can fool me, then you have a whole new thing coming. I can see right through your facade, Maia. You better stop now and confess everything before your sins bury you over 6 feet under the ground," I said.

"If you are just bored, go find yourself something productive that you could do. Stop wasting my time," she replied before leaving.
