Chapter 41. Powerful Scream: Hauled back to Hell

“Not you again!” Jasmine cried out.

She hastily pulled herself up and propels herself into the air.

Before her, stood a 10ft transparent man. They encountered this creature known as the ‘ghost-banshee’ when they first arrived in the land of the dead. This creature possesses the ability to let out a powerful sonic scream like a banshee. The only difference with a banshee is that they can be invisible.

“Oh fuck!” Max cried out. He quickly sprang back to his feet. He knew with this creature’s ability to become invisible, it was impossible to easily defeat it.

Before Jasmine could get to the ghost-banshee, the creature disappeared letting Jasmine crash to the ground.

Max ran towards Jasmine to help her up. “Are you alright?” he asked. He crossed his right hand on her waist as he pulled her up.
