Chapter 44. Weird Birds: Trip to Hell

“Oh boy!” Max cried out.

The hideous faces of the weird birds are uncovered. No more hiding their faces.

Max saw how the first weird bird killed the horse and he didn’t know what would happen to Jasmine if he didn’t do something. Things are just getting worst for them each day in the land of the dead.

Before he could figure out what to do, Jasmine released a powerful wind blast. The wind blast was so powerful that it knocked down most of the weird birds into the black river.

“Let’s go now!” she yelled.

Without relenting, she hops into the air and releases herself from the walnut tree. Max followed her cue.

What Jasmine did enrage the flock of weird birds. She just got some of the weird birds socked in the river making it impossible for them to fly. However, it isn’t the end for some of the weird birds. Their wings are not socked.

Locking unto Jasmine, five of the weird birds started flying towards Jasmine at a tarrying speed.
