Chapter 98. Bones in Flames

“Seriously?” The dark-eyed priest breaks into a peal of light laughter repeatedly in a silly way. “What do you intend to achieve by showing me my vessel’s human bone?”

           “What does he mean by that?” Philip whispered into Max’s ear. He’s confused and unable to understand what’s happening at the moment. How could Helen have the bones of the demon’s vessel n her possession?

           Max glanced at his pal with mixed feelings. “You don’t know?”

           “Know what?” Philip asked staring with a confused look on his face.

           Helen overheard Philip asking questions. He didn’t know that the priest he booked to officiate his wedding has been dead for 7 years when her wife gave birth to a baby girl. He was rushing to meet his wife in the hospital when he had a fatal accident that cost him his life.
