There was a pin-drop silence at my suggestion. After pondering over it for a long time, Nana looked at me apologetically, her eyes sad and helpless.
“We can’t afford New York, dear,” she said while Azura shook her head and turned around to leave the room as if disappointed by my unrealistic suggestion. I wasn’t giving up that easily and caught her wrist and made her sit beside me. She had to hear us out this time.
