Chapter 11. Trapped

When I got back to the house last night, Lorenzo was waiting. He could tell something was wrong but didn't ask. I was a mess, though. Then he told me he was leaving at some point. Flying to Sicily for a meeting, then coming straight back. I knew what that meant. It meant they were meeting Caiu, the main guy of the Cosa Nostra. Someone who everyone just recently found out is Lucia's grandad. I was asleep when Lucia's message woke me the night of her wedding, and I found her locked in her walk-in wardrobe.
