Chapter 40. Auction

Kissing her, I sit her down in the living area. Two Capos stand close by her and Luciano. More soldiers stand at the door, I walk through to the office, trying to stay calm.

"What the fuck happened, Lorenzo?" Marco is standing looking at me. "Did you two really fucking fight again?"

"No! Fuck sake Marco, I went into a shop and came out to him making a move on her. He kept trying, but I didn't do fuck all, I turned my back, and Alice screamed my name. I saw him lunge for me and hit him."
