Chapter 239. Sieged

Before Jane could open her mouth to speak, he banged the door behind him. “We need to talk!” he said at the top of his voice. He isn’t looking bright. There was a sad look on his face and a look of someone desperate to find answers.

“We will talk when you apologize to Mike,” Jane replied turning her back on Daniel as she continued with what she was doing.
