She was sleeping so soundly in his arms he didn’t have the heart to wake her up and ask her to leave. When next he knew anything, it was 10 AM and they’d slept in.

“Shit!” he exclaimed, pulling on his clothes as he stumbled out of bed.

“Good morning to you too. What are you doing?” Emily asked, turning around to watch his frantic movements.

“Getting you out of here, hopefully unnoticed.”

Emily felt conflicted. On the one hand, it felt good to wake up to him. On the other hand, with Aaron heading straight for the door almost the moment they woke up, Emily couldn’t help feeling like the other woman. This was problematic because they’d been here before.
