Chapter 126. Atonement (1)
After the fuss at the shooting range, they retired to their bedroom early. It ended up being too close to call, so they had plans to do it again tomorrow.
“Where are you going?” he asked her, watching her gather her things.
“I need to get ready for bed. I’ll be right back,” she said, heading for the bathroom.
He cut her off on the way and laid a hand on her back, sliding the zipper down her dress as he looked her in the eye.
“You’re not going out of your way to avoid me, Keira Dormer. Get ready for bed like you do every night,” he said, letting the dress pool around her ankles.
“I’m not getting naked in front of you with the lights on,” she said defiantly, not ready for him to see her without her make up on.
“You’re already halfway there. I’ve seen everything and you’re going to show it to me again anyway when you ask me to fuck you tonight. So get over it,” he said, picking her up and walking to the vanity table.
