A woman who was passing by with her twins looked at her oddly, and the children moved closer to their mother's skirt. "Oh, I am sorry" to the girls. "Hi, girls!" The woman moved hurriedly away, pulling her girls with her. She turned to Bernard and said, "That was your fault; how can you even drop such a thing on me?"
"I didn't drop anything on you, you asked. Insisted, in fact, may I add?" Bernard added sarcastically.
"Right, yeah, that was true," she gulped. "Wait, do you mean that Emma is your child? No, hold on, you said, "She is pregnant with your child right now! She exclaimed again.
"I thought you got that the other time when her kid dropped the bombshell," Bernard replied.
"Well, yeah. I did, but I figured it belonged to Emma's dad or something. Not all married women use the title" Mrs." these days; I have heard"
