Belle’s POV

The last day of recruitment for the cheering squad has arrived because the club is vital to the school.

The teachers decided to postpone the classes and observe the students.

“How do I look?” Audrey asked.

While waiting for our turn, we were on one side of the room.

“You’re stunning,” I said.

“So do you,” Audrey replied.

“Belle, are you wearing contact lenses?” Out of nowhere, Alex asked.

“Of course! How can Belle perform stunts while wearing glasses?!” Audrey responded, one eyebrow raised.

“I just wonder because the last time we practiced, your eyes were hazel brown, but now they’re emerald,” Alex said and smirked.

“I had no idea you were so obsessed with me that you remembered the color of my eyes,” I replied.
