Sophia’s POV

James had set up everything we needed for the reversal of the hypnosis that had affected Lucas, Camilla and for all knew, Elijah also. He used a little speaker he had brought out of his backpack, and wrapped it in a balloon.

“Why are you putting it in a balloon though?” I asked, “I don’t suppose it’s for decorative purposes,” I added.

“Well, it’s obviously not for any decorative purpose,” James said, “it’s common sense to protect sensitive electronics from moisture, which is exactly what the balloon is for.”

“Oh, makes a lot more sense to me now,” I said.

“I’m sure you missed science class a lot,” he said wagging his head in seeming disappointment.

“Not really,” I said, “I’m just not as engrossed in it as you are.”

“Forget that though,” James said, “have you got the storm spell ready?” he asked.
