Author’s POV

“Where are those rascals?” says the Witch of the North, “I thought I told them to get back home before five. Well I guess, if you want something done, you do it yourself.”

The Witch had been hatching up a plan to put the vampire and werewolf communities at loggerheads. Somewhere along the way, she had been become wary of Sophia as it was rumored that she was a hybrid. The Witch had often wished that her daughter Rachael, was a hybrid. It made her miserable knowing that Rachael did not inherit any werewolf traits. The major reason for her displeasure at Rachael’s deficiency of werewolf traits, was that a hybrid would easily speed up the progress of her plan. Anyway back to the Witch.

“If only Rachael at least inherited some werewolf traits,” said the Witch, “things would have been much easier. Even her spell casting abilities are way below average.”
