Chapter 40. Iris Is Leaving Forever

After the wedding, they reached their restaurant for the reception party. It was a typical Taylor family party with lots of craziness, laughter, jokes, lots of food, and family bonding. Aunt Pauline smiled at her when she got her a plate of hors d'oeuvre. 

"Thank you, sweetie. See Patty, this is why we need daughters," she said to aunt Patricia. 

"What about me, dear?" asked aunt Patricia. Iris blushed. 

"I'll get you a plate too, aunt Patty," she said. 

"For me also, Iris, " said aunt Hannah, sitting with them. Iris took Sapphire's help and got them their food. She overheard their conversation and blushed. 

"Now both your older ones are married and settled Hannah, soon you'll be a grandma too," said aunt Pauline. 

"Yes, next is your turn. I'm sure Nick already has his eyes on someone," said ma. 

"I know," said Pauline Taylor. Iris and Sapphire handed them their food and escaped.&
