Chapter 26. Sapphire Comes Over

With one look at Vienna's swollen lips, Allison knew she had received her first kiss. She helped Stuart's dad make breakfast and then waited for the boys to return from their jog.

Vienna came and sat beside her in a daze. "Enjoyed your first kiss?" Allison whispered into her ear.

She looked shocked and looked at her in disbelief. "How did you know?" she asked in a breathless whisper.

"Duh, look at yourself in the mirror. How else will you get such swollen lips?" said Allison and Vienna's eyes widened as she groaned.

"What do I do? Can you get me some ice?" she asked and Allison got up to get some ice. Vienna took it from her hands and applied it to her lips.
