Chapter 11. Her Brother's Sudden Visit

Andrea couldn’t concentrate on anything else after he left. After his parting shot, all she could imagine was the kiss! It drove her crazy as her mind could only conjure up images of her kissing Aries! She tried taking a cold shower to freeze her mind, yet it didn’t work. She tried to listen to her favorite music, but it didn’t help. So here she was at the supermarket, shopping for necessities at home when her phone buzzed with an incoming call from her mom. A feeling of dread filled her heart as she accepted the call. She just crossed her fingers, hoping that her brother wasn’t planning to arrive today. 

“Yes, Mom, tell me,” she asked, praying in her head.

“Sweetie, Adam has just left for the airport. He should reach New York by evening. He might visit you for dinner,” said her mom. Andrea clutched at her heart, which seemed to have constricted with panic.
