Vienna's breath hitched at his words. What would he do to her when she turned eighteen? "So you'll leave your precious Barbara when I turn eighteen?" she asked breathlessly.

Sean's jaws clenched with displeasure. "Who told you she's precious to me?" he growled out.

"I deduced since you spent the whole day with her today," Vienna said nervously.

"Stop using your head so much. I didn't spend any time with her. I was at Victor's house the whole day," said Sean, glaring at her.

"Ethan called to say that Barbara was away in Sydney for a fashion show. So we dropped in to see him. We stayed for an hour and then went to Victor's house. You have to trust me more, Vienna," he told her with dismay.
