I turned to face Jesus, with the FBI eyes staring down into mine. As the cold cuffs tightened around my wrists, I felt like Judas.
The 7th Precinct, 19 1/2 Pitt Street, by Luther Gulick Playground, services the Lower East Side of Manhattan. It is the second smallest precinct in the city consisting of only .62 square miles.
The population was emphasized during working hours due to the thriving business on Orchard St.
I seldom frequented the area. I was quiet during the ride, handcuffed, in back of an unmarked vehicle. I looked at Officer Graves through the rear-view mirror. He seemed to be gloating. Officer Blow caught my eye and quickly tightened his lips, turning away.
