My pulse was beating fiercely, as I considered his motives knowing against my will that I already guessed one of them because he was kissing me and I had not been the only one to become so fiercely aroused.

I discovered that as my body was responding to his kisses but Marc was responding the same way. I have to make myself remember other things, and remind myself that Marc reacted to all attractive women with the same force. It was a purely physical reaction in him and I was not going to let him use me for some creepy satisfaction of his appetite.

Although it had been his infidelity that had destroyed our marriage, it was already clear to me that Marc felt he was the one with the grievances. His whole attitude indicated that he felt I was the one to blame. I spun around and started walking downstairs as I had to control myself and not allow my emotions to get the better of me first thing first, I need to call up my son as I have not spoken to him since morning.
