Chapter 90

I can't tell when I slept off, but by the time I woke up, I felt different. Light. Strange. My body appeared as if it weren't mine. I had to sit still for a moment before I recalled where I was and why I was at this place instead of my home.

"Fuck that man,” I growled in a hoarse voice. My throat hurts from all the yelling I did, and I knew I would pay dearly for this tomorrow.
