Chapter 24

"She is mine," From amidst the furious crowd, a voice reached her ears, sending shivers down her spine. She recognized that voice immediately - it was the unmistakable voice of the Lycan king. His words caused a wave of fear to sweep through the crowd of Lycans surrounding her, their sneers turning into murmurs of apprehension. 

As the alpha loosened his hold on her throat, she gasped for air, struggling to regain her composure. However, his grip remained firm, refusing to release her neck. Her legs grew incredibly weak, threatening to give out beneath her. 

"My king," the alpha exclaimed, his voice filled with reverence, as he humbly lowered his head. The furious crowd, mirroring his gesture, also bowed their heads in submission. "You arrived without us noticing." As he moved forward, the alpha's imposing figure seemed to pale in comparison to the Lycan king, who stood even taller and larger in his majestic wolf form. The entire field was in awe of his presence.
