Rhea’s POV

I can feel the heat spread from my finger that was touching it to the tip of my toes.

Beads of sweat formed on my forehead as panic and confusion crawled down my body. What is this all about? Sending me a flower as in what exactly?

I looked up to notice that Mercy was still standing there, I glanced at the flower in front of me and then at her.

“Who gave this to you?” I asked again but this time with a more serious tone.

“Gamma Wilfred from the Thorn Pack,” she replied instantly.

I diverted my gaze around in confusion, why did he send a flower to me? I am left in a daze, returning my gaze. I looked at her.

“Leave,” nodding, she turned and walked away.

This is serious, what do I do now? How can Daemon, a fierce and vicious king, send me a flower?
