Rhea’s POV

Walking down the aisle with Mercy by my side after the meeting, my heart was lively and festive about everything that had happened there. Though I was concerned about my wolf’s absence on my special day, the outcome of the meeting distracted me from my worries.

Striding through the hallway, “Wow!” I groaned as I bumped into someone.

“Ahh!!” The person let out a squeal but managed not to fall. When she turned around to face me, she had a fierce and disgusted look as if I had bumped into her on purpose.

Looking up, I murmured “Lila” in surprise to see her there. However, she ignored me and scowled with a raised voice, “How dare you hit me?!”

My eyebrows furrowed in confusion at her accusation. Hit! Really? I had just bumped into her unintentionally, and she knew that.
