Esmeray gazed at the crystal ring in her hand that had started to turn green which meant that she was close to the center of the Forest of Wonders and even closer to Maeve.

Esmeray sighed tiredly as she gazed back at the Vampire who was throwing daggers at her with his forest green orbs. The man looked a second away from throttling her. Her lips curved in a sarcastic smile, many had tried before him yet they had failed. The Vampire was more than welcome to try.
