Chapter 80. Kon's Mother

“Mum, I still need to do my hair. Will you escort me?” Toto plopped down on the bed with a cute pout on her face. 

“I'm afraid not.” Kon yawned. “You kept me up all night. How is it that you are still energetic?” He raised a suspicious brow at her. “It's not fair!”

“Nothing is fair in life, Mum.” She pecked Kon. “Come on, it's time to go.”

“I'm not going anywhere,” Kon growled. “My body hurts. It feels like I need at least two weeks of resting to get back on my feet.” 

Kon was determined to have a good day of rest now that he had the chance to do that. 

“Come on, mum. You don't have to do anything there. All you have to do is sit and watch me. That's all.” Toto begged. 

“Hmm. Ask Scorpion to take you. I'm not in the mood. However, if you need me to escort you so badly, I will advise you to postpone this.” Kon yawned. “I need to sleep in, today. Classes will resume next week.”
