Chapter 132. Drunken Mistake

Little giggles wake Lara up from her sudden nap, “mom, you’ve been asleep for a long time now,” Zayn whines on his mother’s body, Lara still trying to get herself from her unexpected nap, the place is still a blur.

She moans gently pushing Zayn to the side of the bed, “alright now, mummy’s awake,” rubbing her eyes to get a clear image of surroundings, images of the encounter with the witch flashes on her memory, groaning, she places her fingers on the bridge of her nose, “mummy will be out in a couple of minutes.”

Smiling, they run off, “uncle Chris, mom is on her way,” Dwayne yells from her room, “Dwayne...” she drags his name cutely, sluggishly hopping off her bed, she drags his feet to the restroom, splashing water on her face to get a clearer view of the world, exhaling deeply, she wipes off her mirror, catching a glimpse of an unknown shadow.
