Chapter 104. Worried

The room got quiet for a few seconds, and everyone seemed to be in their heads.

Maddox’s mind was racing, and he was trying to figure out how he was going to save his pack while at the same time, he was thinking about how he was supposed to save the girl he had fallen in love with.

He knew that Selena was the white-haired Luna. And that made him happy and so very proud of her. But the thing here was that he also knew that she was far from ready when it came to fighting or protecting the pack.

Now that he could finally be with her in public and all that, he had to worry about losing her in battle.

“We need to start training Selena,” He broke the silence, running his hand through his hair. He sniffled dryly and locked eyes with his beta.
