Chapter 105. Discharged

Leon was now pacing the room as he waited, his phone still glued to his ear. He had told his friend at the hospital to double-check by going to the room that the omega had been in.

He didn’t understand how the guy had told him that Selena had been discharged. If that was true, wouldn’t he or the alpha have been told? But again, they had not been the ones who had brought her there. It had been Cassie.

“Hello?” The voice came in from the phone. “Leon, are you still there?”

“Yeah,” the beta replied. “I’m here. Did you…did you find her?”

“No, she’s not in the room you told me to check.”

“But maybe she was switched to another room. Have you checked the records?”

The guy sighed. “Leon, I have checked. She is in the records. Selena Crawford, right? The reason she was admitted is hidden for some reason, but she is in the system. But it’s also saying that she was discharged a few hours ago.”

“Sh*t,” He cursed under his breath. “Alright, man. Thanks.”
