A lush, green garden filled with rare plants and countless famous and valuable bonsai trees covered the island, exuding an air of majesty.

At the center stood mansions resembling the medieval Vaux-le-Vicomte castle, alongside more than a dozen large Chinese-style houses reminiscent of ancient ducal villas. Behind the architectural complex was a helipad, incredibly grandiose.

Theophilus sat on a bamboo chair in the flower garden with a pot of black tea on the table before him. Richard sat across from him.

"Mr. Jake, what do you think of this artificial island?" Richard respectfully asked: "While you were away, I've handled everything in Elysian Echo smoothly."

"Not bad." Theophilus nodded slightly, deep in thought: "But just Elysian Echo isn't enough. How is the business development overseas?"

"Not much progress overseas. For
