Gabbie POV

“Ugh, you know what? Forget you.”

Cole grabbed my arm and ripped the cap from my head then tossed it ten feet away.

“What the hell is wrong with you?”

“You are! I’m trying to talk to you.”

“Did you have to do that?” My strawberry hair tumbled down my shoulders.

I glanced around, hoping no one noticed what was going on. I wanted to disappear. Some heads turned and caught the scene. I tugged on my arm, but Cole’s grip was tight.

“Of course not. You should have seen this coming Gabbie. Girls without wolves don’t get far in terms of finding a mate.”
